At Zuha Organics, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
✔ We Accept Returns For:
- Products received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product close to or past expiry date
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 7 days
- Products that do not match the description on our website
✘ We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery date
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging or labels
2. How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at returns@zuhaorganics.com or WhatsApp at +92 321 1234567
- Provide your details: Order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions
- Pack securely: Place the product in its original packaging with all labels intact
- Ship it back: Use the return label or courier details we provide, or ship via TCS/Leopard and share the tracking number
Important: Please do not return any product without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via JazzCash or bank transfer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 24 hours at returns@zuhaorganics.com with your order number and photos
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- You do not need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested
5. Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or wish to exchange for a different variant (e.g., different oil type or size):
- Contact us within 7 days with your order details
- If the desired replacement is in stock, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost
- If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Products with removed or tampered seals/labels
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Our error: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, expired product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Customer change of mind: If you are returning a product simply because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using TCS or Leopard for reliable tracking.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before dispatch: Full refund, no questions asked
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible, but you may refuse delivery and request a refund under our standard return policy
- Pre-orders: Can be cancelled anytime before the product ships for a full refund
